Think twice before considering this property

Disappointing Experience at Soho Suites KLCC – Think Twice Before Booking Unfortunately, our stay at Soho Suites KLCC was a very unpleasant experience, and I would advise future guests to think carefully before booking this property. I booked the apartment two weeks in advance and informed the management a week before our arrival that I would be travelling with a young child and two elderly women. Since our flight was arriving very early in the morning, I requested an early check-in and even offered to pay an additional fee. However, I received no response to my request. Only the day before our arrival was I informed that early check-in would not be possible. After considerable insistence, as my child was exhausted from the journey, we were finally allowed to enter the apartment upon paying an additional MYR 100. Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival. The condition was simply unacceptable, and the photos speak for themselves. The check-in process was another unpleasant experience. A staff member named Samsul came to complete the check-in formalities and collect the payment in advance. When I explained that I did not have the additional MYR 300 security deposit in cash and requested an hour to exchange currency, he started shouting at us and questioned why we had not prepared the full amount in cash. He even threatened not to let us enter the apartment. We eventually managed to obtain the cash and paid the deposit before checking in. This was an unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional way to treat guests, especially a family travelling with a young child and elderly members. Despite repeatedly texting the management for three consecutive nights, we only received clean bedsheets and some cleaning service later during our stay, while we were away from the apartment. I was also uncomfortable with the cleaning being carried out in our absence without clear prior agreement.

Enjoyed the stay; very well and convenient location. Easy access and easy check in.

The location was excellent - easy access to the various malls and shops; also very close to Petronas Towers. Overall very convenient location.
